The ambition

Launch a collection where it is made, while it is being made.

The workshop could not pause production for an evening — the furnace runs on a cycle measured in days. So the event was choreographed around the cycle: every product moment lands on a gather, a blow, an opening of the kiln.

What they asked for

We want press to see the collection born, not displayed. The workshop keeps working; nobody gets hurt; nothing looks like a trade fair.

What we proposed

A guest path drawn around the safety envelope of a live workshop.

Four lit stations along the path, each timed to the furnace cycle — and a safety line disguised as the scenography itself.

The evening

Four moments, one cycle

The gather
Guests arrive as the first gather leaves the furnace — the collection’s raw material, glowing.
The blow
The master blower works ten metres from the bar, lit like a stage and just as rehearsed.
The reveal
The finished collection appears under a single warm wash as the kiln opens.
